Mixed Level Vinyasa Yoga
This Yoga class is designed to combine breathing and flowing movement from one pose to the next to work or stretch a particular group of muscles. You will develop core strength, flexibility and balance to support your body in it's day to day movements. Also, regular Vinyasa Yoga practice can help prevent injury during sport and increase stamina for other athletic activities.
